A new approach to meditation
Go Deeper. Think More Clearly. Discover Your Inner-Self.
Deep-Dive is a gift from "Spiritual" Mother Nature to understand the magical, mystical nature of Thought. Understanding and well-being comes gradually from daily practice and use of her "TOOLS" in meditation, to play in this wonderful game of life, to make it even more wonderful.
Don't take yourself so seriously, she advises—come play, sing, dance and meditate naturally. It takes no more than a couple of 20-minute sessions to become comfortable with the new method.
"A quieter mind. A brighter you. A more wonderful life."
THE OBJECTIVE IS SIMPLE:
Quiet the noise. Observe your thoughts. Gain inner peace. Awaken creative juices within.
Our mind, from birth, is constantly processing thoughts into words; it does not create thoughts. It works with the natural Law of Attraction that attracts like-minded thoughts, and creates a "string" or "cluster" of like-minded thoughts, or concepts that may or may not lead to a desired Purpose in life.
Artificial intelligence, and more, would be impossible for us to understand without it first being a thought or a string of thoughts—either learned, or transmitted by life experiences. Thoughts constantly look for like-minded thoughts in our mind. That explains why the modern mind rarely gets a chance to simply be quiet.
Deep-Dive offers a different way to approach meditation: rather than fight thoughts or try to force the mind to become completely blank, you learn to focus and observe the field of thoughts, and gently decide which thoughts to discard and which to invite—exercise your freedom of choice.
"The goal isn't to stop thinking, it's to learn and practice how to invite thoughts of your choice."
The goal is to change your relationship with thought—help you see that the thoughts you choose are those that influence your behavior, emotions and moods. With practice, this experience becomes a personal journey toward greater calm, clarity, optimism, and inner awareness.
In theory, all thoughts, past, present and future, are particles of invisible energy existing in a limitless field of Universal Consciousness. Instead of attention on one particular thought, the practitioner in Deep-Dive is taught how to focus on the "smoke" or "fog" of thoughts—much like seeing an entire forest rather than focusing on individual trees.
This is a theoretical visualization, not a claim about the physical structure of the brain.
THE FOUR "TOOLS"
Deep-Dive Meditation is built around four complementary "TOOLS" offered by "Spiritual Mother Nature."
Depending on the individual, it's a one-minute ear self-massage done in the beginning of meditation. Its primary objective is twofold: accelerate circulation, and aid the Third Eye function to penetrate deep into STPC. The stimulative effect of ear massage is intended to create a quicker, smoother entry into a meditative experience.
It's not just air that passes through our nostrils in meditation. With each breath, we inhale "Spiritual Oxygen," described in this concept as a cocktail of Universal Conscious and Sub-Conscious Thoughts—present, past and future—from the Source of Creation. The cocktail of thoughts, always evolving from birth, is what is processed in our human STPC.
The concept is no different than our two eyes that look outward, except that the "Third Eye," located around the center of the forehead, is there to help us focus inward. Imagine it as a mystical "TOOL" of Mother Nature, described in ancient mythological beliefs, that allows us to navigate deep into our inner selves. The purpose is not to force a supernatural experience. It is to develop a stronger sense of inward attention and observation.
The accumulator of "Spiritual Oxygen"—conscious and subconscious thoughts/memory—similar to a computer hard drive. Imagine an inner chamber containing memories, impressions, experiences, ideas, emotions, and other mental activity accumulated in your memory from day one. The chamber is a place where thoughts are "marinated" and processed into words and concepts, emotions and feelings.
During meditation, aided by the Ear Massage and Third Eye, we are invited to fill our tanks with "spiritual" oxygen, learn to turn attention inward, away from the noise, and visualize a field of invisible moving particles of thought—like cosmic dust, mist, steam, or swirling clouds of different shades.
Begin with approximately one minute of gentle ear self-massage. Settle into a comfortable position and allow the body to become still.
Let the breath become natural. Gently direct attention inward and imagine the "fog" or field of thoughts without trying to force it away.
Notice thoughts with curiosity. Practice gently deciding which thoughts to release and which thoughts to invite, without judgment or struggle.
"At first, you may "see" nothing. That's completely okay."
The practice is the experience. With repetition, some people may find that the visualization becomes easier and more vivid.
Each Deep-Dive Meditation fills us with "spiritual" oxygen that is needed before we dive below the earthly noise to reach that desired stage of tranquility. The sensation experienced is personal, but may feel deeply calming and reflective.
With practice, the practitioner may arrive at a peaceful consciousness zone where a sense of purpose and inner awareness can be explored.
"The goal is to change your relationship with thought."
